Youths protesting outside the EPS Korea branch office in Gwarko, Lalitpur, because of delayed deployment under the Employment Permit System (EPS) received baton charges from police officers on Sunday. The demonstrators who successfully passed their Korean language exam eighteen months ago showed their displeasure because of the slow pace of their deployment despite fulfilling every requirement. During the protest, police arrested two individuals and prevented photojournalists from Kantipur Media Group and Onlinekhabar from documenting the incident.
