A six-year-old writ petition talking about legal framework and diplomatic measures to be pursued against the alleged encroachment of the border in Nepal has been dismissed by the Supreme Court. The petitioners had requested the government to guard the 147,181 sq. km territory of Nepal using legislation and diplomacy.
