The Government Attorney’s Office has filed a charge sheet accusing them of indecent behavior, with a potential prison term of up to one year and a fine of Rs 10,000. One defendant Patke Kasudar faces additional penalties. The prosecutor named Chakre Gurung and 18 others in the case.
