CIAA Files Chargesheet Against Nine For Illegally Leasing Public School Property

The CIAA has filed a case against nine people for illegally leasing public property of Rastriya Secondary School in Kaski to a private school. Those charged include the School Management Committee chairperson, several committee members, and representatives from Anjuli Secondary School, which received the 12 year lease. The deal was made without the required member secretary present, and local authorities had already ordered the committee to cancel the illegal agreement.
