The government has set new rules that it is no longer allowed to sell mobile phones brought from abroad. People who have worked outside for six months or more are only allowed to bring one additional phone, which they cannot sell. All phones will carry a stamp to stop their resale, and offenders will risk confiscation. The new rules also make sure that people report values correctly and face fines if gifts are over the gift limit of $500.
