The District Disaster Management Committee has urged people living near dangerous areas like river banks to be careful. Nishikhola Rural Municipality has the highest total of 2,438 houses at risk. Jamini Municipality has 16 houses at minimum risk. A total of 1,554 houses in Baglung Municipality, 390 in Dhorpatan Municipality, 125 in Galkot, 210 in Bareng, 160 in Badigad, 115 in Tamankhola, 144 in Tarakhola, and 720 in Khatekhola are unsafe due to floods and landslides.
