During fiscal year 2024/25, companies in Nepal, through SEBON approval, had collected more than Rs 61 billion from the secondary capital market. These were IPOs of 14 companies, FPOs of five companies, rights shares of 17 companies, debentures of over Rs 25 billion by 9 financial institutions and fund units by 20 mutual funds.
