The Janata Samajwadi Party, Nepal (JSP-N) has decided to withdraw its support to the government led by KP Sharma Oli due to 11 points that derive out of poor governance and a lack of several government activities and leadership. The controversial Land Bill was also an issue of concern for the party as it said it would affect the Madhes region negatively. This step cost the government its majority in the National Assembly. Nevertheless, JSP-N has made its position clear that although it will henceforth be opposing, it will also be promoting the good initiatives of the government.
