The BP Highway in Kavrepalanchok will not allow vehicles to travel on the highway at night between 5 PM and 5 AM throughout the month because of the threat of floods and landslides that are potential during the monsoon. In order to avoid tragedies, the District Administration Office brought a stop to the movement from Kavre Bhanjyang to Nepal Thok. Temporary roads are being utilized, but permanent repairs are also being carried out. BP Highway is very important since it links eastern Nepal, and thousands of people make use of it daily.
