The Kathmandu Mayor Balen Shah and Hami Nepal founder Sudan Gurung have been criminally charged, in a complaint filed at the Chitwan District Police Office, for inciting violence in the Gen Z protests. The complaint was filed by the Chitwan coordinator of ANNFSU, Amit Acharya and contains video and photo evidence. Police claimed that they have been informed about the complaint and will take action as per what will be instructed by the central authorities.
