Chancellor of Tribhuvan University (TU) Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has named Rector Prof. Dr. Khadga KC, the acting Vice Chancellor, for up to three months. This appointment has been made as a temporary arrangement as per Clause 21(b) of the TU Act, 2049, following the resignation of former Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Keshar Jung Baral, whose resignation was approved on April 10. Dr. KC will continue in the role until a new vice chancellor is appointed.
