Yatri has got some exciting news for all those willing to invest in an electric scooter. Yatri is a homegrown company that produced the first electric bike in Nepal. Now it is partnering with Sipradi Trading to start this new venture of producing Nepal’s first smart electric scooter. With this partnership, Sipradi Trading also marks its entry into the two-wheeler EV market.
The CEO of Yatri Design Studio, Asim Pandey, understands the infrastructure of the roads in Nepal, which often diminishes riders lack confidence in electric vehicles. Hence, he emphasizes that the new electric scooter will consider these concerns. The electric scooter is expected to be launched by 2025 itself.
