On Tuesday, a coalition of young people who are members of the Gen-Z Movement Alliance filed a letter with the CIAA that called on the Chief Commissioner Prem Kumar Rai and all the current commissioners to resign. Their disciplinary measure alleges that their appointments were arbitrarily made through government ordinance without parliamentary approval, that they are not unbiased, and that they are politically biased and engage in corrupt cases such as the Widebody aircraft deal. They maintained that these matters erode the credibility of the CIAA and that the commissioners should step down due to a lack of morals.
