Home Minister launches probe into alleged human smuggling during PM Oli’s Spain visit

Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak has appointed a neutral probe against the allegations that illegitimate people accompanied Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on his recent visit to Spain. He instructed authorities to identify all the people who had travelled outside the official mission and how they had travelled. The case will be investigated by the Central Investigation Bureau and the Anti-Human Trafficking Bureau, and the convicted persons will be punished. There have been allegations that dozens of people were also part of the trip by paying as high as Rs 1 to 1.5 million so that they could be part of the events with the Prime Minister.
