In the fiscal year 2081/82, Kanchanpur District Police has achieved greater success than ever before with 964 cases registered and 623 made resolution. The following have been some of the noteworthy successes: 265 drug bust arrests; 7 crores of goods seized for customs evasion; and the arrest of 487 defendants who were absconding. The police were able to collect over 1 crore in violation fines from 15,069 violations of traffic law! The Kanchanpur District Police also completed 852 community awareness programs against drug abuse, human trafficking, and different issues in an effort to educate the public and prevent crime.
