The Koshi Province government has initiated the reconstruction of all the houses destroyed or ruined by landslides and floods. The government will collect data about destroyed houses, propose announcing seven levels of Ilam in the localities in crisis, and redistribute state funds to increase the reconstruction process. Chief Minister Karki instructed all ministries to be swift and to do whatever it takes to assist affected families.
