This year, Nepal Telecom has spent Rs 971 million on its 4G LTE Radio Access Network project, and the project hasn’t required an extension since mid-Chaitra 2078 BS. Initially, the business signed a Rs 19.68 billion agreement and has completed work on 99.78% of the 4,186 planned sites. Yet, the Auditor General’s report mentions that many projects have been delayed, compensation enforcement is low, and some bonds have expired. It was also noted that adequate documentation for service and material expenses was missing at all sites. Steps to help someone be responsible if there is mismanagement are being proposed.
