North Korean Leader Kim Observes Test of Rocket Launch Systems With His Daughter

Kim Jong Un watched a live fire test of multiple rocket launch systems in North Korea, along with his teenage daughter Kim Ju Ae, according to state media. The test involved several powerful rockets fired toward the eastern sea and is believed to be a response to joint military exercises between the United States and South Korea. South Korea said about 10 ballistic missiles were launched and called the action a violation of U.N. rules. Kim said the weapons show North Korea’s strong military power and warned that enemy military infrastructure within their range could be destroyed.
