The Patan High Court has ordered the construction of the Kathmandu Tower, that stopped due to a dispute, to continue. The order followed a petition made by Jaleshwar Swachchhanda BKOI Builders Pvt Ltd, who argued that they were issued with valid permissions. It has additionally declared that the stop-work order given by Kathmandu Metropolitan City will not be implemented. It is a project that the company had already paid a fee of Rs 23 million for.
