Nepal is observing more cases of Japanese Encephalitis with 2 people dying and 11 getting sick in nine districts. The disease spreads through mosquitoes and can cause serious brain problems. Many people are still getting these diseases even though the vaccine exists. Experts say that mass vaccination controls are very important to stop the disease from spreading.
