At least three people are confirmed dead, and multiple others were seriously injured in a passenger train accident in Reutlingen in southwest Germany. According to the German police, the accident occurred at about 6:10 pm local time on Sunday. The train had 100 passengers when two of its coaches derailed into a nearby forest. The German chancellor instructed the necessary authorities to assist in the rescue operation.
