Nepali Army distributes drinking water

Nepal’s Army has been distributing an average of 100,000 liters of water daily through tankers due to severe drinking water shortage in Birgunj Metropolitan City and across Parsa District. With the support of the Madesh Province Government, the army has been distributing water three times a day to the most affected communities. Commander Lokendra Karki stated,” Six tankers are being used every day to supply the water.”
