By the end of the year, Amazon will add a new and free news tab to its Prime Video service for all U.S. users. It will also feature live news outlets such as ABC News Live, CBS News 24/7, CNN Headlines, LiveNOW from Fox, and NBC News Now, where viewers can watch news all in one location. Another new subscription offering at Amazon was the new paid platform called Sony Pictures Core, which allows users in the U.S. and Canada to subscribe to the site and watch certain Sony shows and movies at a rate of $6.99 a month.
