Apple’s WWDC begins tonight, and a main highlight is expected to be the launch of an upgraded iOS version that may get the name iOS 26. The update appears to be introducing a similar style to VisionOS, so everything should look cleaner, appear glass-like, and sport rounded icons. In future updates, Apple will add AI to Siri as well as new useful features in Health+, Translate, and Messages. Other improvements should involve adding RCS for texting with Android, showing how much time is left to charge the phone, an easier way to use public Wi-Fi, and using two languages on the keyboard. Should the leaks be true, this could well be Apple’s largest iOS update in many years.
