The Nepali Army reported that it has recovered 97 looted firearms during Gen Z protests, and several prisoners and young inmates had escaped prisons in Kathmandu, Dhading, Doti, and Banke. A prison breakout was also foiled in Nepalgunj, injuring one inmate, and eight socket bombs found in Kavrepalanchok were defused.
