The District Administration Office at Parsa has today extended the curfew time in Birgunj to avoid the potential confrontation of two ethnic communities. The previous curfew session was from Monday evening till Tuesday morning. Authorities are negotiating to address the conflict in order to maintain law and order. The vehicles that are necessary to serve are permitted to run. However, during the curfew, the populace is prohibited from gathering or holding rallies or protests in particular areas.
