Despite the winter conditions, which witness temperatures plummeting to minus 15°C, electric cars are pouring into Nepal through the Korala border in Upper Mustang. Although it has been winter, which means closure of hotels, restaurants, and other business entities operated by locals, Chinese companies are importing a massive 200 electric cars in just three days. Despite chilly weather conditions that make it difficult to travel through these routes, customs functions are being operated at full speed, thus producing substantial revenue.
