Kathmandu police have arrested a man, Keshav Rokaya, 26, on the charge of sitting in an exam instead of another student, Dan Bahadur Rokaya, who is in the third semester in the MPA program of the Public Administration Campus. A complaint was filed on the campus, and the police have been granted a five-day remand to look into the case under the Education Act.
