Google has made plans to invest 15 billion dollars in India in the next five years to create a giant data center and AI hub in Visakhapatnam, and this will be the biggest AI center of the company outside the US. The project has been described as a digital backbone to India, and it will comprise massive compute capacity, energy infrastructure, and a new subsea gateway.
