In a Shenzhen event, smartphone brand Honor revealed its plans to build humanoid robots, setting it on a path to become an ‘AI device ecosystem company.’ Unitry and Honor worked together to produce a humanoid robot capable of running as fast as 4 meters per second, which the brand displayed. Though they haven’t shown their robot yet, Honor is working hard to develop their robotics and an “embodied intelligence ecosystem.” Later, Honor released the Honor 400 series and reported that sales in the UK increased by a huge 183% because of helpful AI features that make image-to-video conversion possible.
