Meta has formally launched content monetization to Facebook creators in Nepal, where creators can make money on posts, Reels, stories, and in-stream advertising. The payments are being sent directly to Nepali bank accounts now. This move is in response to the government attempting to regulate social media, which provides Nepali creators with a legal means of monetizing content domestically.
