Nepal Myanmar draw at four-nation International Women’s Championship

Nepal drew 2-2 with Myanmar in the final group-stage match of the four-nation International Women’s Championship at the Dasharath Stadium. Myat Noe Khin scored from a free kick to give Myanmar an early lead, but Nepal drew level through Sabita Rana Magar.

May Lule Chesley’s goal for Myanmar helped her team take the lead once more, only for Nepal to equalize with a brilliant individual effort from Samba. Neither team was able to find the net in the second half. The tie booked their places in the final, which is to be played on Feb. 26.
