Teachers and school staff have announced a boycott of all duties related to the upcoming Class 12 exams, while the teachers’ union has directed its members to boycott all duties regarding the SEE evaluations as well as the Class 12 exams. Protests that began on April 2 are likely to disrupt the new academic session. The CNT reiterates that it has no new demands and would continue its protests until the act is passed through a regular session, special session or ordinance. Parliament is currently debating the bill.
