PABSON Nepal objects to the Education Bill arguing it harms private schools and announces a nationwide vehicle protest. The action includes black banners on school vehicles starting at 11 am and a slow pace of 20 km per hour in city areas. In Kathmandu Valley all school vehicles will circulate the 27 kilometer Ring Road with banners. At 12:30 pm protesters will gather at Maiti Ghar Mandala near the Federal Parliament for a symbolic demonstration.
