The Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) is making special arrangements to accommodate the large number of visitors during the holy month of Shrawan at the Pashupatinath temple, particularly on Mondays and Saturdays. PADT will permit the placement of officials, similar to the arrangements made for Maha Shivaratri, and establish a new Media Center to serve journalists. Acting Member Secretary, Subash Chandra Joshi, revealed that the existing staff promotions should be accelerated, new themes/calls of recruitment advertisements, and changes to be made on the PADT Act it given the current requirements. Also, PADT hopes to enhance the services by means of digital technologies such as the Nepal Government Nagarik App.
