WorldLink, the largest private internet service provider in Nepal, has launched Nepal’s first internet museum at Kusunti, Lalitpur. WorldLink Museum provides the 29-year history of the company, from dial-up internet to high-speed fiber optic, along with the entire story of digitalization in Nepal. The museum exhibits both ancient and modern internet technologies, such as dial-up, VSAT, wireless, cable, and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH). It seeks to retain the history and contribution of the company to the internet in Nepal. Students, journalists, and tech enthusiasts are free to visit the museum, which operates every Friday between 10 AM and 4 PM.
