A medicinal herb called Yarsagumba has been discovered at a rare altitude of 1,800 meters in Rimbha Lek and Phoksingkot, which belong to Rambha Rural Municipality in Palpa District. While clearing the land, some locals picked up the plant, and tests later revealed it to be Yarsagumba. After that, authorities stopped people from accessing the area and initiated further studies to determine the species that live there and their value. Also known as the Himalayan Viagra, yarsagumba becomes an important treatment at the high elevations of the Himalayas.
