Search parties in Turkey have managed to retrieve the voice and data recorders of a private plane that crashed and resulted in the death of Libya’s highest military commander, in addition to four other high ranking Libyan military officers and three members of staff. The Libyan group was flying back to Libya after holding discussions with Turkey’s defense team. Turkey and Libya have managed to investigate the crash that Libya has referred to as a tragic accident and have also declared a national mourning period of three days.
