The Film Development Board has officially opened the Nepali Film Museum at its office. It aims at protecting the history and achievements of Nepali films. The filmmakers had donated valuable items. Chairman Dinesh DC stated that it was his long time dream to establish the Film Museum, which aims at protecting the heritage of Nepali films. It also aims at creating digital archives and acting as a study center for students, researchers, and cinema lovers.
