Early Wednesday morning, a massive flash flood struck the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa district. According to Chief District Officer Arjun Paudel, the river’s water level rose suddenly at 2:14 a.m. He stated that it is still unclear whether the flood originated from the Kerung stream or the Lhendey stream. The flood has completely washed away the road from Timure to Rasuwagadhi.
