Nepali IT Engineer in Australia Creates ‘Lipimala’ to Teach Nepali Language

Lipimala

An IT engineer named Kiran Adhikari in Sydney has developed the Lipimala application to assist Nepali children in the international arena to study their native language. Kiran came up with the app after having observed that there existed a communication lapse between a Nepali grandfather and a grandson, and he decided to create the app that would educate about Nepali alphabets, words, and sentences using interactive games. The app is now used in other countries such as Australia, the US, and Japan, and it intends to add full language courses and tools to increase Nepali communication among the diaspora.
